Lincoln Community Blood Drive - A Huge Success

The August 29th Rotary-sponsored blood drive was very successful.  Blood Source was considering having to cancel the drive after the last two drives were not well supported. But, Lincoln Rotary and our members turned up the gain on attracting donors:

  • Downtown Lincoln Associates supported by jointly supporting us at Food Trucks
  • Flyers handed out at Starbucks and Walmart
  • Increased support by our members
  • Social media presence on our Website and facebook

 Bottom line is 48 pints donated with 58 potential donors showing up.  Blood Source who conducts the drives was ecstatic!  The refreshments supplied by the Placer-Nevada Cattlewomen were great as usual.
