California Central Intelligence Center

VISION

The guiding principle of the Central California Intelligence Center (CCIC), Sacramento Regional Threat Assessment Center (SACRTAC) is to be the primary resource responsible for the fusion of all crimes and terrorism-related threat intelligence for the Eastern District of California. Our strength is derived from our partnerships with area agencies, and we remain committed to a collaborative, information sharing environment.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to protect and serve the people, infrastructure, and economy of the Eastern District of California from terrorism, trans-national criminal activity, and potential hazards by collecting, analyzing, producing and disseminating actionable intelligence to our local, state, tribal and federal partners.
